ctk99 Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority
ctk99 believes gaming is for entertainment only. We give you all the tools to play within safe limits and get support whenever you need it.
Why Responsible Gaming Matters
Gaming is an enjoyable form of entertainment — but without the right limits, it can become a problem.
Gaming at ctk99 should be enjoyed as a leisure activity — not as a source of income or a way to solve financial problems. Online gaming is a popular form of entertainment for millions of people around the world. It is growing in popularity in Bangladesh as well. However, like any form of entertainment, gaming carries the risk of going too far.
At ctk99, we always care about the well-being of our players. That is why we provide a range of protective tools and resources to help you play in a controlled way. Building healthy gaming habits is important not just for you, but for your family and loved ones too.
The core of responsible gaming is simple: play as long as it is fun, stop when it becomes a burden. Set your own playing time, budget, and goals. ctk99 is here to help you stay in control.
Healthy Gaming Means Balance
Gaming should be a small part of life. Play in balance with your family, work, and social responsibilities, and set a fixed time limit for each day.
ctk99 Safety Tools
We provide these tools to help you stay in control of your gaming experience.
Deposit Limit
You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it stays in effect and can be lowered immediately. Requests to increase a limit take several days to process, so you do not deposit more on an impulse decision.
Session Time-Out
You can choose a time-out period — from a few hours to several days or weeks. During this time your account will be temporarily closed. You will not be able to play again until the time-out period ends.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you can choose self-exclusion. Selecting this option will close your account for a set period — or permanently — and you will not receive any bonus offers either.
Reality Check
You will receive automatic reminders at set intervals showing how long you have been playing and how many transactions have taken place. These notifications keep you aware and help you take a break when needed.
Minor Protection
ctk99 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. Age is verified at registration. If there are children or teenagers in your household, please use parental control software on your devices.
24/7 Support
Our support team is always ready for any questions or concerns about responsible gaming. Contact us via live chat or email at [email protected] — assistance is available in both Bengali and English.
Signs of Problematic Gaming
Check yourself — if you notice these signs, seek support.
Spending Beyond Your Budget You are spending more than your set budget each day or week and feeling worried about it.
Chasing Losses After losing, you place larger bets trying to win back what you lost, which often leads to even bigger losses.
Neglecting Family and Relationships Because of gaming, you are failing to meet your responsibilities to family, friends, or work, or you are unable to spend time with them.
Lying About Gaming You are hiding from loved ones how much you play or how much money you spend.
Not Spending on Other Needs You are using money meant for bills, food, or other essential needs on gaming.
Unable to Stop Gaming You want to stop but cannot — you feel restless, irritable, or low when you are not gaming.
If you notice any one of the signs above in yourself, do not delay — contact our support team. Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Four Steps to Keep Yourself Safe
Follow these four simple steps and gaming will always stay enjoyable.
Set Your Budget Beforehand
Before each gaming session, decide the maximum amount you will spend. This amount should be something that, if lost, will have no impact on your daily life.
Set a Time Limit
Keep a fixed time limit for gaming. Use a clock or your phone's alarm. End the session when the time is up, whatever the outcome.
Do Not Decide on Emotion
If you lose, do not place more bets out of anger or frustration. If you win, do not go beyond your limits in the excitement of the moment. Stay calm and follow your plan as set beforehand.
Take Regular Breaks
Instead of playing for long stretches without stopping, take breaks in between. Get up, drink some water, take a walk, talk to your family. This keeps your mind fresh and helps you make the right decisions.

We are not just a gaming platform — we stand for the overall well-being of our players.
