These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ctk99 platform and all its associated services, games, websites, and mobile applications. By registering an account on ctk99 or by starting to use the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

2.3 Account Suspension & Termination

ctk99 may suspend or permanently close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to exploit system or software vulnerabilities.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes.

3.1 Deposit Rules

Three payment methods are supported for depositing funds at ctk99: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposited funds are added directly to your gaming wallet.

Note: Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. ctk99 supports only the mobile wallet methods listed above.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After a withdrawal request is made, funds typically reach your mobile wallet within 10 to 45 minutes. bKash, Nagad, or Rocket accounts may be used for withdrawals.

• The account used for withdrawal must be registered in the account holder's name.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings earned from bonuses.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held for verification in the case of suspicious transactions.

3.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on ctk99 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies are not supported.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

ctk99 offers new members a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance will be ৳26,000.

The bonus amount will never exceed ৳8,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x), calculated on the bonus amount only.

• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Some games may contribute at a different rate toward wagering calculations — details are available on the bonus page.
• Bonuses may have a specific validity period — details will be stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• ctk99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit the bonus system — such as claiming the same bonus through multiple accounts or coordinating with other players to claim bonuses — will be treated as a violation and may result in account termination and forfeiture of bonuses.

5.1 VIP Tiers

The ctk99 VIP program has 4 tiers, with weekly cashback benefits applicable at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Tiers are upgraded based on your gaming activity and engagement on the platform. ctk99 reserves the right to change the criteria for VIP tier advancement.

5.2 Cashback Payments

Weekly cashback is paid according to a set schedule. Cashback may have its own terms and conditions. ctk99 reserves the right to change the cashback rate or payment schedule at any time.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

ctk99 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games are operated through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system.

• No game outcome is predetermined.
• If a round is cancelled due to a software error or technical issue, the bet will be refunded.
• If a connection is lost during a game session, ctk99 will act in accordance with its established policy.

6.2 Betting Rules

The general rules applicable to placing bets in the sports betting section must be followed. If a match is cancelled or left incomplete, bet management will be handled in accordance with ctk99's prevailing sports rules.
